We attended our first food show -- the Specialty Food Association's Winter Fancy Food Show -- as an exhibitor last week and it was a good one! Nestled under the umbrella of Oregon State University's Food Innovation Center, we displayed and sampled our line of Superfood dressings and received wonderful feedback and response!

We received multiple press mentions for innovation, especially in a very stale grocery category including as one of OSU's new brands Incubator Village Early-Stage Brands, our innovative work Shaking Up the Dressing Category, and even one of the feature brands in the show wrap-up by Food Business News' Trends Spotted in the Fancy Food Show.
