We started with the three amigas of hemp seed -- hemp seed oil, hemp hearts, and hemp protein for a nutrient-dense base, then added anti-inflammatory ingredients and herbs to blend for the perfect superfood in a dressing.
The Zesty Caesar is garlic-lemon peppery, robust and bold without any eggs, dairy or preservatives! We also use gut-loving apple cider vinegar and lemon zest for a versatile dressing that can go from a traditional caesar to a sandwich drizzle or fry sauce!
