Supersalad in 5 minutes.

There’s not too much to say about this salad except for just, well… assemble it! It is packed with anti-oxidants in these simple ingredients…

  • Organic microgreens (broccoli, broccoli rab, watercress, radish, chard – any of these are packed with vitamins and minerals as well as… plant protein!)
  • Avocado – healthy monounsaturated fats
  • Pear tomatoes – because they just look pretty
  • Hemp hearts – protein, magnesium, amino acids, and more!
  • Hemp seed oil – for omega 3 boost, superior source of gamma linolenic acid (the brain fuel!)  and nutty flavor
